薄梁力传感器的安装注意事项

INSTALL .ATION CONSIDERATIONS FOR THIN BEAM FORCE SENSORS

 

安装TBS-MK-1和TBS-MK-2时，必须仔细考虑设计因素系列细梁力传感器。传感器的性能取决于机械接口，都很薄。如下图1所示，梁式称重传感器需要安装夹具，以便在加载过程中产生双重弯曲，这个图示被夸大，以显示夹具在产生相反力矩时的有效性，从而产生双弯，当双弯板在轴上产生张力和压缩时，会产生电输出传感器。

Careful design considerations must be taken into account when mounting the TBS-MK-1andtheTBS-MK-2Seriesthinbeamforcesensors.Thesensor'sperformance is dependent upon the mechanical interface. All thinbeam load cells require mounting clamps to create a double bend during loading as shown in figure 1. Thisillustration is exaggerated to show the clamp's effectiveness in producing opposing moments that create thedouble bend. An electrical outputisgenerated as the double bend causes tension and compression on thesensor.

两种典型的安装布置如下图所示：对于高精度应用，加强板应比梁材料稍硬，接口角应锋利，由于低负荷与TBS-.25至TBS-2相关的传感器结构，不建议使用在线加载（图2）。

Twotypicalmountingarrangementsareshownbelow.Forhighaccuracyapplications, reinforcement platesshould be slightly harder than the beam material, and the interfacing corners should be sharp. Due to low loadsand sensor construction associated with theTBS-.25thruTBS-2,inlineloading(Type2 )isnotrecommended.
